ORBIT ESTABLISHES CALL CENTRE SERVICE

ORBIT FET College has installed a special telephone line at the Corporate Communications unit for customer care purposes. This line will be dedicated to client enquiries, complaints and compliments. The numbers are:

014 592 4147 and 0861 000 305

Calls and enquiries on this line will be attended to by Ms Oratile Segakweng.

Complaints will be referred directly to the Corporate Communications Manager Ms Viljoen.

The centralised call centre service will handle all enquiries to enhance the quality of client service. It is realised that one line may not be adequate to handle all enquiries once the number is known. However, this is only the initial phase in working towards a fully fledged call centre in the long run.

The Call Centre service operates during the following times:
Monday to Thursday 07:30 - 16:00
Friday 07:30 - 14:00
