Prospective Students - NC(V) Application Procedures

  1. Complete online general application form below and submit (please note this is only an application and not confirmation of registration yet).
  2. Book a placement assessment at the Student Support Centre (click on the link to view scheduled placement assessment dates per campus). Additional support documents needed:
    1. Certified copy of ID Document
    2. Certified copy of latest/highest school results
  3. When reporting for your booked placement assessment, please obtain your submitted application form (step 1) from Student Administration before proceeding with the assessment.
  4. Write placement assessment.  Information letters regarding the results and futher application/registration will be given to the applicants on the day they write the assessment.
  5. Obtain placement assessment results and complete academic application form indicating the programme, level of enrolment and class fees at relevant campus.
  6. This is done with the necessary assistance from administration staff.
  7. A quotation, proof of application and deposit slip are handed to the student
  8. The deposit slip must contain the following detail:
    1. Student reference number
    2. Surname & initials
    3. Programme and level
  9. Deposit money directly into the Campus Bank Account at any ABSA branch.  The bank uses the student number as a reference.
  10. Bank returns 2 green copies of the deposit slip to the applicant.  Applicant returns 1 copy of the deposit slip within 2 working days after completing the forms to relevant campus.
  11. Application is captured on system and proof of registration is printed.
  12. This information is to be checked to ensure that it is correct.  Any corrections are to be made immediately.
  13. Student also receives the College code of conduct, stationery pack and time table.
  14. Proceed to the Student Card office so that a photo can be taken for the student card.
